Do I need to live in Charlotte to join a support group?

No. Our support groups are held virtually via Zoom, so anyone in North Carolina or beyond can participate from the comfort of their home. We serve families across Charlotte, Matthews, Huntersville, Concord, Gastonia, Mecklenburg County, and all surrounding communities.

Are the support groups confidential?

Yes. All of our support groups provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment. Your privacy is our priority.

Do I need a referral to attend?

No referral is needed. You can register directly through our website or call us at (704) 582-4295 to get started.

Is this a 12-step program?

No. Our groups are psychoeducational and clinician-led, not 12-step based. We use evidence-based approaches to help families understand addiction, develop coping strategies, and build resilience.

What if my loved one is not in treatment?

You are welcome regardless of where your loved one is in their journey. Many families join before their loved one enters treatment. Our groups help you set healthy boundaries, understand addiction, and take care of yourself.
