    Why a Parent-Only Group?

Our parent-only format creates a confidential space where you can speak freely without fear of conflict or judgment — and receive honest guidance from a licensed clinician and other parents who truly understand.

    Expert-Led Guidance

Mark Noonan, Licensed Social Worker leading parent support groups for families of struggling teens in Charlotte NC

    Mark Noonan

    Licensed Social Worker (LSW), MSW

Mark Noonan is a Licensed Social Worker with extensive experience in mental health, developmental and shock trauma, attachment and relational wounding, addiction recovery, and anxiety. He is trained in Psychodrama, EMDR, and Brainspotting, with Somatics, Mindfulness, and Parts Work deeply informing his trauma-informed approach to healing.

Grounded in the belief that every person carries the innate capacity to recover, Mark helps parents move beyond symptom management to address the underlying causes that give rise to pain, disconnection, and limiting beliefs. His work supports parents in reclaiming wholeness and the freedom to live with greater authenticity and presence.

Mark's inspiration for working in the healing arts comes from his own lived experience of recovering from trauma and addiction. Having walked through his own recovery journey, he brings a rare blend of empathy, steadiness, and depth — meeting families where they are and guiding them through transformation with compassion and truth.
